[Hanna's just going to smile at her. Poor little Vriska.]

Everything is fine and dandy, Vriska, you don't need to worry about it.

I like that you ask? But...I don't think you have to worry about this. Aside from the usual definition confusion we have, everything is perfect. [He pauses a moment and sits back a little, glancing at her.] What about you? How are you?

I'm not worried! Things seemed like they were okay. And as long as stuff is confusing for both of us we can manage, right?

[she shifts closer and starts playing with a few strands of his hair, considering braiding it]

I'm fine and dandy too. Even though I cleaned our room for you while you were asleep, which feels weird, because I've never had one that wasn't a total mess.

... Kanaya was right. It does make it easier to walk around.

Well, if I think of something, or we have a problem, I promise I'll tell you, okay? I get that you want to be considerate, but you don't need to ask about it at all. Makes you sound like you're anticipating conflict and...well, I want you to have more confidence in us, than that. Get it?

[He doesn't mind when she braids his hair. Its curly enough anyways that it doesn't make much of a difference regardless.]

People aren't like puppies, Vriska. You can't just...get disillusioned once they've grown up. Besides. I hear kids get cuter with age.

I don't know much about puppies. And I was just kidding around, you know! But I still hope you don't get sick of me.

Oh...There's just this horrible thing that people give dogs away once they grow up because they're not cute any more. [He doesn't do that, obviously, since he still has Daniel, but...]

[she lightly tugs a strand of his hair before starting another braid, contentedly snuggling closer]
