Hanna is capable of using defensive and non-violent magic. His means of doing so are by drawing runes on his own body and using himself as a fuel source: this should be discouraged at all costs, as I believe that for him this will cause significant long-term damage.

I have requested a staff from the Admiral for him: this will allow him to use whatever magic he currently has access to without abusing his own energy. The staff will stop working and require time to recharge when it hits Hanna's existing stamina limitations. Please don't confiscate this if at all possible - I sincerely don't believe he would use magic in an offensive manner without being prompted or attacked.
