While Hanna has certainly had issues with derealization, the kind of disassociating he's experiencing now is far less common. The muted pull of Arthur as if he was three degrees separated from himself is jarring, but his own reactions seem to slow as if he's moving through water, his head hitting Arthur's side, and ever so gently leans in.
